Free Women’s Self Defense Class
Location: Arena Training Institute (1212 Ridge Rd)

Cheyenne Recreation Division is partnering with Arena Training Institute to offer a FREE Women’s Self-Defense Class designed to help you feel more confident and prepared in any situation. You’ll learn basic self-defense techniques and strategies for staying safe and alert. Women ages 14 and up. Class is limited to 30 participants, so sign up early!
