Youth Spring Lacrosse

This is meant to be an introduction to Lacrosse, not an actual league. Therefore, no games will be played in this program. The program will be held outdoors at Sun Valley Park in Cheyenne. The program will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm starting May 12th. Instructed by the Cheyenne Lacrosse Club. Balls and sticks will be provided. Players can bring their own equipment at their convenience.

Youth Martial Arts

Traditional Korean martial arts are similar to karate. “Tae Kwon Do” translates to “The Way of Hand and Foot,” fitting for a class that teaches blocking, punching, and kicking for self-defense. Strong emphasis on self-discipline. Loose-fitting clothing and a positive attitude are recommended. Led by instructor Greg Flores. Ages 6 to 15 or discretion of instructor.
